Roi Jeko Nate
Our Featured Nurse
Roi Jeko Nate describes his relocation to the United States and beginning his nurse position at Cape Fear Valley Health as “a breeze.” Roi’s process took 18 months from sending his application, interviewing and accepting his job offer, and then moving from Al Maqam, Al Ain, United Arab Emirates to Fayetteville, North Carolina. While Roi’s immigration journey can be classified as ideal, there are important things that helped him reach his goal of continuing his nursing career in the USA.
“I just made sure that I complied with all the requirements asked of me by my case manager. I knew I also needed to do my part to make sure that I will reach the U.S. in the fastest possible time,” Roi explained.
Roi found out about WWHSS through his friend and co-worker who encouraged him to apply. Following his life’s motto, “You don’t have to reinvent the wheel,” Roi decided to follow his friend’s advice to “apply to a reliable and fast hiring agency, WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions.”
After working in one of the largest and leading hospitals in UAE as a MED/TELE nurse, Roi did not wait too long to make “the best decision he’s ever made” to interview, accept the job offer, and relocate to a new country.
Roi has been working in Cape Fear Valley Health for 10 months and has been offered countless opportunities to advance his career as a nurse along with all the benefits including a pay raise.
“I can’t believe how amazing it is to work as a direct-hire employee in a hospital here in the U.S.,” said Roi. “We were provided one-month rent money as we arrived which made our transition to the U.S. easier. We are already starting to build our family in the U.S."
Roi and his wife look forward to growing their family and are now expecting their first baby.
Roi attributes the ease of his immigration process to him and his Case Manager's teamwork. Roi would like to encourage his fellow nurses not to hesitate and apply with WWHSS.
“If you want your dreams to be realized, set goals and act on them! I recommend WWHS because they will serve as your vehicle to bring you from point A to point B in the fastest possible time.”
