The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has released the February 2025 Visa Bulletin. The EB-3 Visa and Other Workers Visa categories for (ROW) Worldwide and the Philippines show no forward movement from the previous month. China moved forward one month for the EB-3 Visa category and India moved forward 14 days for both.
