Recruitment
In the fast-paced healthcare environment, finding the right talent is crucial for maintaining high standards of patient care. At WorldWide, we understand the unique needs of your organization and are dedicated to connecting you with qualified professionals who meet those needs.
✔ We use your job description and requirements to find the most qualified candidates to schedule interviews with.
✔ All nurses have a bachelor's degree
✔ 6-10 years of nursing experience
✔ Minimum of 2 years experience in the clinical area of hiring

Immigration
WorldWide HealthStaff is responsible for managing the complete immigration process for each applicant. Our internal legal team is committed to submitting and filing all paperwork on behalf of our clients and candidates.
✔ All applicants arrive in the country of residence with permanent residency green cards or necessary immigration documents completed.
✔ RN NCLEX applicants are typically issued an EB3 visa. The EB3 visa is a permanent residency option for skilled workers.
✔ Medical technologists and other specialties qualify for entry using a H1B visa.The H1B visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows U.S. employers to temporarily employ foreign workers in specialty occupations.

Relocation
WorldWide works with the healthcare employer and the applicant to coordinate their travel and arrival in the country of placement. WWHS arranges:

✔ Temporary housing
✔ Visa screens
✔ Medical exams
