Fábio Alvim Eugênio
Our Featured Nurse
Before applying with WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions and coming to the United States, Fábio Alvim Eugênio worked in Balneário Camboriú, Brazil as a PACU Registered Nurse. His interest in WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions (WWHSS) sparked during a discussion with friends. Fábio researched WWHSS and decided to apply to work as a RN in the United States. “I was sure WWHSS was a reliable company that would help me throughout the hiring and immigration process,” Fábio says. After submitting his resume and arranging an interview through the recruiting team, he was hired to work in Virginia as a PACU nurse.
Once Fabio completed the hiring process, he was ready to begin the immigration process, a seemingly daunting task for many. Fábio notes every victory achieved during his immigration with appreciation. Nurses are assigned dedicated Case Managers once they are offered a position in the United States, whom they work closely with during the immigration process. “It is a long journey, but WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions helped me through every step. I cannot forget to thank my wonderful Case Manager who God put in my path, Stephanie. She always helped me with everything I needed. She is the best manager,” says Fábio, “From the beginning when I signed my employment contract, my Case Manager was always on hand to help me with all the documents and all the necessary steps. My wife, daughter and I have already received our long-awaited green card and are now permanent residents here in the United States.”
Words of wisdom from Fábio:
“My advice to international RNs starting the process to work in the United States, is to always believe in your dreams and never give up when any difficulty arises. I am proof that when you have faith in God and believe in the process, everything happens the way it should. I am 44 years old with 13 years of experience as a RN in Brazil, a solid family and career in Brazil, however I never gave up on my dream to work as an RN in the US. Always believe, search for a solid company like WWHSS and follow your dreams.”
Fábio is now in the United States working as a RN and hopes to inspire other nurses around the world to chase the American dream by submitting their resume to WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions to begin their immigration journey.
